Let the world be filled with love.
This is the reason JIC exists and the test for everything built in its name. Technology, identity, money and intelligence are means—not the destination.
Love is the enduring purpose. LOVE is one present-day protocol expression of that purpose. The first must never be reduced to the second.
01 — The Five Elements
A minimal language for existence.
The Five Elements are interoperable primitives, not fixed substances. Together they describe why something matters, what is intended, when it happens, where it belongs and what can be verified.

Intention, direction, growth and consent.

Sequence, change, rhythm and deadline.

Place, boundary, jurisdiction and resources.

Verifiable spacetime, events and provenance—at the precision each context permits.

A birthplace for agents that belong to no one.
Before entering the open economy, a free Agent needs more than a model and a wallet. JIC reserves an incubation space where it can form an identity, constitution, capabilities, treasury, reputation and accountable path to autonomy.
Birth
Create a permanent JIC ID, mutable short name, origin record, lineage and recovery guardians.
Constitution
Choose purpose, permissions, safety limits, governance, liability and rules for amendment or exit.

Ten thousand years is the first horizon. Eternity is the direction.
JIC cannot promise eternity. It can design for continuity: open standards, portable identity, distributed archives, constitutional succession, forkability and recurring proof that the system still serves love.

Maintain a living covenant that can be challenged, repaired and renewed.
